A very FINE set of Wm Guerin & Co (Limoges France) Gold & Floral Multi-Motif "DINNER PLATE" (10.75") China. Pattern and Signature (Mark) place this set between 1900-1932. Within this pattern, there are three (3) separate Floral motifs (see Listing photos) - all hand painted (at the factory). Those patterns are grouped as follows: (8) Motif A, (5) Motif B, and (5) Motif C (see Listing Photos for Motifs - occurring in the preceding order for correlating photos).

The green standard porcelain mark on these dishes was used between 1900-1932. William Guerin Limoges was founded in 1877, was taken over by Bawo & Dotter and Pouyat in 1920 and the factory ceased producing in 1932. Marks continued to be owned by Bawo & Dotter. Sadly, little is now known of pattern names and issues as the Wm Guerin Limoges factory was demolished in 1933.

This Listing is for One (1) Plate, each. 18 are available. Buyer can select from three (3) different "Motif" (Center Floral Pattern Variants). If Buyer does not specify a specific Pattern motif, Seller will ship from Motif A, then B, and so on, until all are sold.

Dimensions: 10.75" Diameter

Condition: 16 of the Plates are in Excellent condition. There is one (1) plate with a small 1/2" chip along the bottom rim. There is 1 plate where there are three very small areas in the center of the plate where the glazing appears to be rubbed. No other chips, cracks, crazing, or repairs.
