This is a vintage Collegeville Costume "Blink'n Owl" It comes with a mask and outfit as well as a batttery pack with a blinking light. This looks in good shape with minor age and wear, the mask looks great with no cracks and great colors. This box shows minor wear but the plastic is not cracked and this would display very nicely.
