Description:Step into a piece of history with this vintage matchbook from Annabel's, the iconic private members club located at 46 Berkeley Square in Mayfair, London. Annabel's, founded by Mark Birley in 1963 and named after his wife Lady Annabel Vane-Tempest-Stewart, quickly became a hotspot for the British aristocracy and international jet-set of the 1960s and 1970s. Originally established in the basement of the Clermont Club, a private gambling establishment created by John Aspinall, Annabel's has seen a revival under Birley's children and was sold to Richard Caring in 2007. This matchbook is a rare collectible, harking back to the club's glamorous past.

In 2018, Annabel's moved from No. 44 to No. 46 Berkeley Square, occupying a stunning Georgian townhouse, continuing its legacy as a premier nightlife destination.
