These tents are in good used condition. They appear to be well cared for. The sealed seams show no signs of deterioration. There’s no crazy stains or 50 year old surplus musk to these. The buttons show a little signs of age with a blue corrosive look but no rust and they function just as they should. All zippers and snaps are present and working. The vent on both ends pops in and out as it should.

These are one of the most versatile shelter systems ever issued. They can be configured with the mesh opening for comfort in the warm months, buttoned down over the mesh for downpours, worn as a poncho, used as a shelter half, and configurations that I haven’t seen that will one day be lost in time. I’m by no means an expert on these shelters but I know a quality product when I see one. If you have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to ask.
