Description: Here's a sweet little green sewing reticule hand-made of moire silk and likely dating from the 1920s - 1940s. The white silk interior has an attached pin cushion and pockets to hold thread spools. The piece was found with a small assortment of sewing items, including thread, buttons, safety pins, a metal thimble, a bone ribbon bodkin, and a little strawberry emery (emery is quite worn). It's a dainty little addition to your sewing collection.Condition: The reticule is in very good antique condition,with some wear to the interior silk where the drawstring pulls through (See photos.) Size: Approx. 6.5" diam.
