This incredible globe shaped item with a retractable cover is a silverplate creation made by Israel Freeman & Son in England, measures approximately 5" tall by 5.75" wide. The name of the pattern is 'Celtic' and is in excellent vintage condition. Dome cover has etching engraved on top, and the cover retracts as it should. The tab for lifting globe cover has the likeness of a woman with large bonnets. Perfect as a salt cellar or many other uses, a very attractive addition to any collection.
