Here is a yearbook from Ellington Field Army Air Force Command in Houston, Texas. I can't find a year in this, but in a timeline list of Army Air Forces Accomplishments it goes up to 1939, so I am thinking this if from the 1940s, WWII era. There is a photo and letter from General Henry H. Arnold in the book, I found information in a Military Register that said he retired in 1946.
