•What computer system can i use?The phones are only compatible with *WINDOWS*connecting your phone with a MAC or Apple Computer will affect the phone. Please do not connect to an apple device as it will invalidate warranty. An SD card reader can only be used to be able to use the phones with Apple Computers.

You own the phone and life time support from us.• How do I retrieve my recordings?Simply plug the phone into any windows tablet, pc, laptop and the folder containing the files will popup automatically.
