This unique red velvet 'souvenir' book contains 45 original antique cabinet card photographs from the late 1800s depicting various aspects of family life. The glossy finish on the albumen print photographs showcases the black and white images beautifully some of which were taken by Roger’s photographs located in Liverpool NY. Some photographs are labeled with the first and last names of the individuals depicted, providing an intimate glimpse into the lives of families from this era.

The images are framed and include a variety of subjects, such as community life, people, social history, and domestic and family life. This one-of-a-kind collection is a vintage treasure that offers a glimpse into the past.

The 11 in x 8.5 in book is sold as is and contains some cosmetic flaws such as tearing on the velvet. Some of the bottoms of the photograph frame appear to be slightly ripped as well. Please reference all photos for approximate condition.
