On offer here is a RARE and desirable TWA promotional piece. This 23", round poster / medallion is made from color lithographed foam core board w/ an embossed design as shown. The piece is part of TWA's c. 1968 campaign to promote Los Angeles as an important transportation hub in the wake of International service by TWA from LAX which began in 1964.

The piece is in excellent condition with a minor edge ding near the '1:00' position. Based on the unused state of the hang loop on the back of the piece, we don't believe it was ever hung.
