The photo itself is in good condition.
Photograph was mounted on a hard board backing.
Photograph has some tape on the back and appears to have been framed at one time.
The picture itself, is matte finish, and the signature and personal note is very nice.
A small tear on the top left, about an inch long about 1.25" down from the left corner.
The backing and mounting holds the tear nicely.
Some other marks on the photo and a dent/ridge in the top right corner of the photo.
The tape on the back can probably be removed, but I will leave it to the experts.

There is some writing and some brown marks on the back of the picture in pencil.
The message on the photograph is personal and reads: To my pal Dr. M. Corbett Best of Luck, Jack Dempsey.
