I am not an expert on kerosene lanterns. This was found in a shed after lying dormant many years.
I brushed it down with plastic bristled brush. Surface rust. The metal remains solid.
It has a red globe. Reads RAYO COLD BLAST , Made in USA on it.
Lantern was wired and has a bulb inside. This conversion was not done recently. Old looking wire was cut. No plug.
I coiled the wire & zip tied it. I have no idea if the electric bulb/wire/electrification would still work (?).
The red globe is intact, no cracks. I do see a surface chip on the globe.
That's the story. I took many pics. I welcome friendly opinions and comments. Thank you.
