Original cabinet card of a woman, framed together with her memorial card. The image is sharp and clear, the entire piece is nicer than I can show here because my pics came out a bit yellowish and grainy.

I receive this piece already framed, have never opened the back or examined the pieces, and can't provide a condition report of what is underneath the mat, but I have no reason to think there are any hidden damages, as the visible areas appear excellent and undamaged.I personally believe this woman was not yet dead in the photo, but gravely ill and close to death, so a photographer was called in to have her portrait taken. Many others who have seen this set believe she was already deceased...

The mat openings are 5.5" x 3.75".. slightly smaller than the standard cabinet card size. Condition of the frame is very good.. some very light wear to the double gold lines in a spot or two. The frame measures slightly larger than 11" x 9".
