Got this from plamoya back in 2013 and have had it in storage ever since. Comes from a Smoke Free Enviornment.
It is close in size to a standard beach towel. I cannot give accuracy but upon reaearch the measurements supposedly are 140 x 80 cm (but do not hold me to that as I cannot measure it.)
This is an extremely rare licensed merchandise of the character kyoko to shino, from the anime yuruyuri. The towel may have some slight rougher spots on it due to the material and moisture collecting (11 years of storage will do that in a humid city.) It is sold as is but has never been used.
