I cannot read date letter mark but otherwise clearly marked for Horner and Chester.

Beautiful blue and green enamel reminiscent of Archibald Knox Tudric wares for Liberty & Co. a beautiful piece of arts and crafts / art nouveau enameled jewelry.

Head weighs roughly 6.5 dwt. No damage to enamel. Minor oxidation to pin stem.

Head measures 1 1/2” Dia. x 1/4” depth.
