This vintage 70s Cold War military jacket is a unique piece of history. Made in Eastern Europe in 1971, it is a rare find for collectors of militaria. I don't know how to tell if this is East German, Hungarian, Russian, etc, but certainly has an origin from this region and is clearly stamped 1971. It's a totally unissued/unworn field jacket with zero signs of use at all on the external shell, just looks like it's been stored away for decades. The jacket is in great shape and has been well-preserved over the years. It features a conflict aspect related to the Vietnam era (1961-75) and is an original, not a reproduction.
