Vintage British Royal Air Force Chart Table Plotter Mk I, ref number 6B/232. Carries Air Ministry crown mark, and is well constructed, for use on large chart tables, with fully articulated movement.
Fitted with a clear acrylic guide head, this particular head carries no reference markings, and has a 45 degree bevel on one outside edge.
Constructed in finished brass, it clamps onto a rail on the edge of the chart table. Clamp, joints, head angle adjustment are all working well.
Long articulated segment is approximately 15\" long, shorter is 11\" long, the acrylic head is 12\" x 4\".
Condition Notes:All hinges and moving parts are moving freely with no issues, structure is solid overall, no loose joints, etc. Acrylic head does have some marks, some clear surface resisdue here and there, no splits, cracks, etc, some fine marks/scratches to the surface as well. Light wear and tear, minor finish wear overall, all markings are visible. Other wear not noted may be present as per a used vintage item.
