Cloth flag measures about 60"x30 1/2". It's made of some type of fabric/cloth and the design is printed. The header (the strip on the side with an opening/slot) measures about 2 1/4 inches wide - but the opening is more narrow. The header has a loop sewn inside, at both the top and bottom, near the openings. The loops feel very stiff. Please examine all photos.

The flag has staining, tears, and holes. I'm not sure what type of fabric it's made of, and I do not know the age nor the manufacturer. The flag will be shipped folded.
