RETURNS And Cancellations

We do not accept returns or cancellations. If you have anissue with your purchase, please message me. The response is usually within oneto two hours. If, for some reason, we have reached an agreement to return anitem, at no fault of Bellasattic, the buyer is responsible for paying thereturn shipping cost. The item must arrive in the condition received. If theitem is damaged in transit, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim withthe carrier, and no refund from Bellasattic is forthcoming.

Item Arrived Damaged:

If your purchase arrived damaged, please notify us withintwo days of receipt. We will assist you in filing a claim. You must submit;

1. pictures of the damaged item

2. Pictures of the box, fragile label, photos showing anydamage to the container, and if there is an inside shipping box, photograph theinside shipping box as well

3. All wrapping

4. Once a claim is filed on your behalf, you will receive aclaim number from the carrier via Bellasattic. Take all wrapping paper, extraboxing, etc., along with the outside box and content to the carrier (USPS).,etc. The courier will give you a receipt, photograph the receipt, and forward acopy to Bellasattic. No resolution will be made until Bellasattic receiveconfirmation the item has been dropped off with the carrier. ( The buyer isresponsible for helping file a claim).
