Very nice colorful electric samovar kettle. The cord is included, but I have not tested it because the cord is not for the United States electrical sockets. Hand painted, stamped 1991Measures:14" High 30" around 8" deep
There is some residue from a sticker on the base -Study the pictures carefully to look for the areas that the red paint has flaked off.
