VERY neat lamp. Couple things to note. FIRST, I would definitely re wire this lamp. It is very old, and it could use it. Bulbs, NOT INCLUDED. The bulb round cover plate is plastic, and see the photo of this, where it attaches to the lamp it has slight cracks from the washers being tightened too far. The brass/gold color on the lamp has wear, scratching, or color chipped. Fantastic over all old vintage rare condition. The bottom of the lamp has a cork board glued on, I have not looked underneath it was this way when I purchased it second hand. The why you turn this lamp.on, is under the shade area in the center, you turn the knob. The lamp part can be pivoted around. As is.
