This is a beautiful item in very nice condition. It's made of porcelain with three dimensional flowers and an angelic putti that are unbelievably in tact without chips, cracks or repairs. The colorful enamel as well as the gold accents are also in good condition. It has a blue mark on the back that reads "I S C" in a grid. We researched that mark and couldn't find any information on the maker. We found only one other piece with that mark and they weren't able to determine the maker either. For several reasons, we're guessing that it was made in Germany. It measures approximately 7 1/2" long, 6 1/4" wide and 4 3/8" deep.
