Oddly, I could not find another one of these online anywhere, not in google images or other websites. So, not sure if this is rare, but it is at least scarce. Estimated to be from the 1960s, but that is just based about 50/50 on style and just a guess. Good condition. Isaac Parker was famously known as the "HANGING JUDGE". Neat piece from this historical Ft. Smith, AR spot.Thanks!
