RARE Vintage hand cut SNAKE SKIN on silk "painting" Japanese Chinese crane:

This is a very rare and unusual item, and clearly vintage if not antique. The images of sun, trees and cranes are made from dyed Snake Skin, cut into intricate shapes and sizes to form these beautiful shapes filled with great details and applied to handpainted silk which is mounted on wood. Truly an amazing work of art. It appears to have been in a frame at one point but now it is unframed. The over all measurements are 12" wide by 18" tall.
