The Reader is part of the American Costume Series by Lenox, 1930-1950

This piece was designed by Patricia Eakin and was a limited production 1950.

Gentlewoman seated reading a book. Her dress touts hand-painted grapes and vines. At her shoulders fine lace is draped.

I see some of the lace on the side and back has chipped, please view photos. Front lace looks great. Just needs a little cleaning with a q tip around the lace.

All of her delicate fingers are present, and just amazing.

This piece is hard to find, especially in good condition like this one!

6.25" high 4.75" long and 3" wide.

She will be very carefully packaged.
