Helen of Memphis was a prominent women's clothing store located on Union Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee, during the 1940s. It was known for its high-end fashion and unique features, such as a glove department where gloves were custom-made for customers. The store occupied a Gothic Revival building that included parts of the old St. Luke's Church. Architect Nowland Van Powell later integrated the buildings more seamlessly. The store was a major shopping destination until it closed, and the site is now occupied by a Rite Aid pharmacy.
