Please correct me if I am wrong - on doing my research this is how I perceive this card to be.

Prior to Hungary signing a pact with the USA and Great Britain, the country join forces with Germany and Italy whereby they took part in attacking the USSR. In 1943 Hungary signed the pact stated above.

The card I believe relates to the joining with the Germans and Italians. It may have been a small village where men were proud to sign the card at that time.
