Up for sale is this original named US Veteran’s uniform grouping. This grouping contains 1 green Ike jacket with patches size 38 R with Vet’s name written inside, 1 pair green trousers size 33W x 31L, with vet”s name written on inside of waist, 1 green wool field shirt, 2 khaki ties ( one has large stain), 7 soft side caps(3 are from VFW). This grouping also contains 1 Bible , 8 small ribbon bars, 4 medals & ribbons and 1 combat infantry badge. This Vet was In the 5th Infantry Division and saw action in the Battle of the Bulge. Very nice grouping in very good condition despite some minor mothing. This grouping was purchased directly from the veterans son. He told us that his father was at the Bulge, and that he handled incoming German prisoners of war. A truly historic grouping, that has potential for research!
