Glamour-girl turned super-spy Senorita Rio tries to convince a South American presidente that his life is in danger; Shark Brodie and Pacific Islander Lily battle Axis forces in the South Pacific; Hooks Devlin investigates after an intelligence source is murdered on stage in front of an audience. Cover features a small promo for war savings stamps, a US military funding drive.
