In terms of World War II history, this is an unusual item. It was done in a limited edition. "Halcyon Days" is a very collectible brand - made in the United Kingdom - a reminder that they were our allies in WW II. There were 75 pieces made and this one is #49. It was owned by a retired Air Force officer who retired in the area - he traveled extensively and collected very nice items - no family. The box is about 2.25" square. Thanks for looking at my sale.
