Brand new and never taken out of the original plastic. Super rare piece that has never been opened since being purchased in 1998. Still in plastic and on the original cardboard that came with the lithograph. It is only 1 of 1000 limited edition and a Wizard Authentic Product.
There are a couple of small places on the front and back where the plastic wrap has tiny tears in it from storage over the years.
