Boyds Bears Halloween Bear Disguised As Cat Pumpkin Garden Statue 2006

Has a chip near his ear. He was only displayed indoors. He also has a solar panel and his pumpkin used to light up. I couldn’t get it to work though. I’m not sure if it can be fixed? Was most recently stored in an attic. He may have minor dust from storage. Otherwise he is in good condition!
