9 inches in diameter by 3 inches high at rim.

No damage.

I've seen a few plates at sale but not the bowl.

I don't know the history of this piece but would be interested if anyone does. Someone contacted me and said this: EBC stands for Eldredge Bicycle Club in Tonawanda, NY. The club was formed in 1898 and is still an active group. At one point the club had 2,000 members and now has 300 or so. There were many bicycle clubs formed in the late 1800's and most vanished with the advent of inexpensive automobiles and motorcycles. You can google the club and find out more.
