RARE - Bland-de-chine, Figure of GuanYin

China, 19th/20th Century.

Depicting the Goddess standing on a lotus base holding a lotus flower in her right hand with a deer carrying a basket to her right. She is wearing flowing robes and draped in ribbons with belts at her waist. There is a garland of flowers in her coifed hair. Deer stands 5 inches. A very intricate and delicate piece of porcelain.

Detail of flowers on head piece and in basket is remarkable.

Height: 12 1/2 inches

Base: 3 x 4 inches

There is a very small loss of the tips of three fingers. Hardly noticeable.

No cracks or crazing on the overall piece.

Insurance will be included in the postage charge.
