Sub-topics inside include: Churning, Working Butter, Scoring Butter, Cream, Sampling, Acid, Dairy Breeds, Judging, Starting a Herd, Feeding, Cattle and more. Lots of computations and drawings.
Some torn/missing pages, but only a few. Was used front-to-back and then started from back-to-front on reverse of pages. Economy of use! Written in nice script and using an ink pen.
