This product is an antique framed print calendar from 1938 that features a framed spinning wheel silhouette print.
The top has the original hanging braided black string with tassels.
The back is signed with "Made by NEWTON MANUFACTURING CO. Newton, Iowa.
At the bottom of the framed print it is stamped with the business name as follows:"R. GOLDSTEIN SANITARY MEAT MARKETHome Economy StoreDial 9-1232 630 W. Main St.Plymouth, PA"
At the bottom there is a 1938 Monthly rip off paper calendar. The top page is March 1938 as pictured.
The framed print at the top measures 6-1/4" x 8-1/4". The small calendar at the bottom measures 3" wide x 1-1/2" tall.
This item is an original piece and was manufactured in the United States in 1937.
