This is a 1980's vintage Western ITT corded rotary dial wall telephone in tan / cream. The phone was tested and found to be working with the ability to make calls with good sound quality, but the ringer is currently inoperative due to the 2 wires to the ringer being cut as shown. A fun vintage phone for use or for the collector!
