Out of 10 only 3 are real 27c512 . Rest is dead or 27c128 chips. Legs are resoldered and all are laser etched The ones that do not work are marked made in Taiwan and the ones that work made in China . Waste of time . Seller offered to refund 40% later 70%. Definitely not new and not shipped from USA but China.

Seller keeps reminding me to take the 70% refund as returns are "complicated". I think if you are really in the USA and i am as well, then there is no issues with returns. I know as I sell a lot on ebay as well.
