    The ICU book says it all!!!

    I purchased the book mainly for its acid-base disorder section and its section on mechanical ventilation. As a paramedic student these seemed to be a lot of information missing from the Brady and Mosby textbooks. This book has been a crucial addition to my understanding of the human body. I recommend it to any nursing student and medical student or to anyone working in a hospital.

    The ICU Book by Paul L. Marino

    I decided to get this book because we a copy where I worked and I wanted one of my own. It is full of useful information about disease processes and pathophysiology and is a great tool for a new nurse like myself in the ICU.

    Great book

    I used this book during my fourth year ICU rotation and then again during my residency. It is a great book with nice physiological explanations that is aimed for students and residents.

    good book, good seller, no problems at all, would recommend.seriously, 100 character minimum? if you want people to participate in the review process, do not require a dissertation.....

    disappointed to see someone's name written all around paper edges with a marker. the inside of book however looked brand new.
