WWII Montgomery Ward reference letter from Warren, Pennsylvania store manager L.C. Stickel. Written to the Navy Department, Bureau of Yards and Docks, dated January 4, 1943. An excellent letter highlighting the dedication, loyalty, and character of an employee named George John Baummer. Includes the original envelope and letter with copy. In very good vintage condition, paper has fold marks, but very clean. Please see pictures for details.
