This is a new vintage set that had gold foil tag with ribbon attached on the linens. One owner from an estate sale and carefully stored but I just did hand wash and re iron to remove mild mustiness. These are beautiful sheer organza and cutwork and the tiniest beige crochet inserts on the napkins. Amazing work and so detailed. 17-piece vintage set from Madeira Spain included 8 placemats, 8 napkins, and a long table runner, all beautifully embroidered with a floral pattern on a beige ecru off-white organza and linen material. Would be stunning for a small wedding celebration, as a gift or for your elegant table.Each piece is handmade with cutwork and is hand washable. This antique set was originally manufactured during the 1950s in Portugal and is an original set of piece. From an estate of a couple that traveled widely in the 1950's and seem to have collected things from all corners of the world in bale loads and carefully stored. These are in very good condition, there are a few marks of long storage: tiny rust spots (size of 1/2 pin head and few marks here and there but mostly pristine and freshly washed and ironed. I am shipping in a rolled form for placemat and runners to preserve the smooth lines. These will be stored with lavender until purchase. Thank you!
