This is a vintage mail bag from pre 1970s. These are no longer made by anyone or used by the Postal Service. It is a defunct item. This particular bag is a rare extra large version sometimes referred to as a courier bag. It is truly a massive bag. The bag is roughly 24 inches wide by 18 inches tall in size.

It’s in relatively good shape. It is not new old stock, it shows use. However the leather is still supple. There is no real significant damage, just typical wear.
