This is a uniqueVintage Boopie style Cranberry Glass Trinket/Jewelry/Towelette Holder on a glass Vase Stand.
The piece is so unusual. The boopie glass bowl is a rose/cranberry color with the alternating boopie bubbles encircling the bowl and gradually getting smaller towards the center. The bowl swivels on a metal nut under its base which is connected to an arm that on the other end has three concentric half circles to place folded napkins, towelettes or even letters into.
Both of these components are balanced onto a metal scalloped cap atop a swirled glass vase which is mounted onto a round intricately sculpted rose base.
The piece measures approximately 8.5" high by 8.5" wide by 6.5" depth.
The piece is in great vintage shape with only minor wear to the metal associated with vintage items of this age.
It is one of the most unusual, interesting and pretty items I've ever found.
