SpaceBoy with Ray Gun Mechanical Valentines Day Card with Envelope

ManufacturerUnknown (possibly CAC/Ameri-Card). Made in USA. Circa late 1940s – early1950s. Measures approx. 6-1/2 inch by 4 inch and swivels on a rivet to 5 inchby 4 inch size to fit in envelope. There is no manufacturer’s name on this cardbut it is marked “Litho In USA, L-735/4”.

Ithas the original paper envelope which has tanned and discolored due to age. Theenvelope is open but has yellowed a great deal with age. The gummed strip isprobably not useable and the paper is probably too fragile to be mailed. Don’ttry to send this in the mail! The cardand envelope have never been used and the card still has bright colors on thefront and no rips stains, splits or marks. The back of the card has lighttanning from age and is slightly off-white.
