This vintage color organ was made by a small company in New Jersey in probably around the 1970s. When it's switched off, it looks like a mirror. When it's switched on, it becomes an infinity light, where each color can be controlled independently on or off. When wired to a speaker, the lights blink to the music. The cool thing is that each color is triggered by its associated frequency. red=bass, amber=mid, blue=high.The sensativity of each color can also be adjusted with the three knobs on the rear. When swtched to the blink setting the bulbs to not light at all. I'm not sure if this a defect or done purposely to save the life of the bulbs. There is some wear on the cabinet but it looks nice considering its age.
