This listing is for a \"Short Square Pyroglazed Quart\" (SSPQ) milk bottle. (Some refer to the \"pyro\" graphics as an \"Applied Color Label\" or ACL.) TWO sides read: \"GOLD STAR PASTEURIZED DAIRY PRODUCTS...BEST FOR EVERYONE...QUINT COUNTY CO-OP CREAMERY - MANGUM, OKLA.\" The underside of the bottle is embossed \"48\" which I believe indicates that this was made in 1948. The condition is VERY GOOD to EXCELLENT. One side has a small factory flaw where a spot of orange paint is smudged. (See close-up with pencil point.) Otherwise, it\'s pretty nice. It has no chips or cracks. The glass is clean and clear. The orange graphics are nice, with very little wear. It is guaranteed to be old & original, or your money back. Will be shipped EMPTY, without the styrofoam \"milk\" seen in some of the above photos.
