VICTORIAN GILT BRASS FRAME w/MUSICAL CHERUBS & SEA HORSES:

Pretty fanciful frame with cherubs on top and amazing sea horses on the bottom. Very heavy & thick relief.3 1/2" x 5" - is about the size of a photo that can go into it.
CONDITION, AGAIN: Missing metal piece to hold frame upright. Has a little oxidation on back, maybe a smidge on front. Not a new item.
