UNCANNY TALES #39 (ATLAS 1956). Horror, Science Fiction stores. Cover by BILL EVERETT. Interior story art by BILL EVERETT, ROSS ANDRU, VIC CARRABOTTA and SYD SHORES. VERY GOOD MINUS (3.5) condition.

This is a sound copy of this magazine with very good color and original gloss. The book presents better than graded but the spine is split from the bottom half-way up. Despite the splitting, the cover and all interior pages are attached at both staples with the bottom staple still hanging on to the back cover (centerfold photo provided). There is some minor staining on the front cover and there is chaffing and rubbing at the top edge. On the back cover there is a sunlight stripe at the bottom edge. The interior pages look off-white.
