U. S. Capitol Bookends
This decorative sandstone is from the original East Front of the Capitol built between 1793 and 1825.
Boxed with a letter and plaque of authenticity, this sandstone from Aquia Creek, Virginia, was removed in the late 1950s renovation of the Capitol.
(Approximately 6" H x 4" W x 2 3/4" D).
