An ORNITHOMIMID, or \'bird mimicking\' dinosaur left the track seen in the cast replica approximately 100 million years ago. This eight-foot tall meat-eater left its tracks in the sands and mud of an ancient beach (note: formerly North American Inland Sea), which later became a part of Dinosaur Ridge, just north of Morrison, Colorado.\"
